Rachael Pennington

I became a foundation governor in November 2015.

I serve on the Finance, Resources, Health and Safety Committee and am Link Governor for EYFS.

I have lived in Werrington most of my life and have been a member of St John's church for many years.  I have played an active role in church being involved in the music group, holiday club and more recently helping out at Sunday school.

I am married and have two children. The eldest attends William Law and my youngest goes to Busy Bees preschool.

Before having children I worked in the insurance industry. I thoroughly enjoyed this especially dealing with the customers and meeting their needs.

Recently I have become a teaching assistant at William Law.  I'm finding this very rewarding the best part is seeing how the children progress.

I was brought up in a Christian family and my faith has always been important to me, so I was very keen for my children to attend a school that encouraged Christianity and the principles of faith.

William law has a strong Christian ethos, values and morals for teaching and guiding children through their life.
