Out of School Club
Welcome to The Hive, William Law Out of School Club
The club runs daily, during term times, from 7.45am - 8.40am and then after school from 3.15pm - 6.00pm.
The current costs are:-
Breakfast - £4.50 (£4.00 for siblings)
After School - £9.00 (£8.50 for siblings)
Preferred payment method is by Parentpay.
BACS payments should be made to William Law CE Primary School Sort Code: 77-72-33 Account No: 29630168 and the reference used should include the child's surname and OSC ie. OSCSmith. Please ensure your child's surname is used in the reference when using Childcare Vouchers. As Childcare Vouchers are phased out and the Tax-Free Credit system is used, can you please ensure that you provide school with your reference number so that we can match your payment up. You can pay by debit/credit card at the front office.
Invoices are produced at the beginning of the month for the following month i.e. on 6th September, the invoice for October was sent home. Invoices are placed in your child's class tray and taken to the classroom where they are handed to the children to put into their bookbags to bring home (unless you have requested that they are emailed to you). If you do not receive an invoice at the beginning of every month, please let The Hive know as soon as possible as you will be written to on 21st of each month if payment has not been made.
Fees should be paid in full on the 20th of each month in advance for the following month i.e. paid by 20th September for October's sessions. Persistent late payment may jeopardise your child/rens place at the club.
Every year around May/June, current attendees at The Hive will be given the opportunity to say whether they still require a place for the following academic year. New intakes to Reception are invited to attend Taster Sessions at the The Hive. A copy of the form and an application form will be given to you at your Induction Days. These application forms are used to request regular sessions at the end of each academic year, ready for the next one (please note that these pre-booked sessions must be paid for in full whether or not your use them). You will receive confirmation of your place before the end of the summer term.
Towards the end of the summer term, application forms will be made available for anyone else wishing to request a place. You can book regular sessions during the year if we have any available.
We may be able to accommodate you for emergency (one off) or occasional sessions (which must be paid for on or before the first day) as long as we have the necessary spaces . Please contact The Hive to see whether we are able to accommodate you. Forms and payment will need to be completed before these sessions will be given.
