The Last Cross Country Run 2010

Last night (21.7.2010), about 30 children ran 2km around the school area.There were prizes for the first, second and third boys and girls. As well as this, there was an ice pop for all the people who took part in the run.

The first boy was Matthew Richardson in year 6 and the first girl was Megan Porter in year 5. This is her opinoin of the run," It was very tiering but I knew I had to keep on running. I have never ran as fast as I did last night. I will be looking forward to other races in the furture". The second boy was Oliver Hollowell and for the girls Georgina Parrett they are both in year 6. In third place was Josh Mace and Chole Gwilliam they are also in year 6.
